A charming little house in the mountains, surrounded by old trees and accessible via a quiet one-way road. No neighbourhood in the rear, just woods and a little river. Enjoy the mountains during the summer or in winter-time!

Close to the hiking trails, only 300 m from the ski resorts (alpine or cross-country) within 4 km of the village and only 115 km from Montréal.

2 bedrooms. Cosy atmosphere with an slow burning oven. Wooden floor and marble in the bathroom. Wood panelled walls inside. Wide windows to let the nature in. Big terrace and rear entrance.

• All household appliances are included: washing machine, dryer, fridge, stove and micro-wave.

In summer-time enjoy the shade of the huge wood lands (1800 m²) or relax on the beautiful terrace.

The chalet is close to the Sutton Natural Environment Park offering 52 km of tracks for hiking and snow-shoeing, four summits four wonderful lakes and magnificent views not to be missed.

Even if the chalet is located in the mountains, it doesn’t lack a a little river nearby, nice ponds, the municipal beach at 25 minutes by car, Brôme lake within 30 minutes and the municipal swimming pool at only 5 minutes away.

In winter the many snowy slopes of mount Sutton wait for you to practice alpine ski, cross-country ski or other winter sports.

Good to know: the snow is removed from both the access and the parking area.
